Counselling for Young People

Discovering who you are in a world which can feel judgemental can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Our counsellors are specially trained to work with young people in a way which suits them.  Counselling can help with challenges such as anxiety, self harm, depression, exploring sexuality and gender, family conflicts, trauma and abuse.

Adult
& Parent Counselling

Do you feel helpless when it comes to supporting your children?  Are you anxious and worried?

We know parenting can be a huge challenge.  We provide counselling to parents who need someone to listen.  Finding support and being able to explore your own feelings can help you feel stronger and more able to help your children.

Mental Health Training in Schools

We deliver workshops for parents, teachers and students to raise awareness of mental health.  We focus on how to identify those in need and support them, as well as  accessing professional help when needed.  We also tackle current issues such as gaming addiction and online bullying and the impact on mental health.

Our Approach

We focus on building trusting relationships.

We will listen and understand.

We don't try to 'fix' or 'treat' anyone, we know everyone is unique and have unique experiences in life.

Counsellors will understand what it might be like to walk your journey, help you to make sense of  life and discover what you need.

"As no one else can know how we perceive, we are the best experts on ourselves."
